We named the business Eclipse Gymnastics because an eclipse happens when the celestial bodies affected are in alignment. Mind, body and spirit should be in alignment in the practice of any sport. This has been evidenced boldly in gymnastics during this past Olympic year. Here at Eclipse Gymnastics, we focus on the entire athlete and their well-being. Balance of the mind, body and spirit is at the center of our mission. 

 

We will be offering gymnastics training for children from preschool to high school through various developmental programs including parent and tot classes, preschool and recreational gymnastics, pre-team, team, and XCEL. These programs will follow appropriate progressions while also incorporating fun gymnastics focused activities and methods of teaching. 

We also offer private lessons and birthday parties.
